The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Virtual Galaxy Infotech has seen a robust response from investors, with the issue being subscribed 22.74 times by the third day of bidding, according to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The IPO is set to close on May 14.

As per the latest figures, investors placed bids for 10.75 crore equity shares against the offer size of 47.3 lakh shares, through 72,066 applications.

Strong Demand from Retail and Non-Institutional Investors

The IPO witnessed strong participation across investor categories:

  • Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 38.3 times their allocated quota

  • Retail Investors subscribed 30.94 times their portion

  • The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was also fully subscribed at 3.3 times

IPO Details

Virtual Galaxy Infotech aims to raise ₹93.29 crore through this public offering, which consists of a fresh issue of 65.7 lakh equity shares. The IPO is being offered at a price band of ₹135–₹142 per share.

Prior to the public offering, the company raised ₹26.13 crore through its anchor book, allotting 18.4 lakh shares to 15 institutional investors.
